Lavish Realty Corporation was founded by Valdosta’s Top Producer, Hope Brown, a proven leader in South Georgia real estate. Hope is a proud graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned a BBA in Managerial Science, and later obtained her MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University. With a strong academic background and professional drive, she is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout South Georgia.

Hope began her real estate sales career in March 2016 in Valdosta, GA. Before transitioning into sales, she worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for four years at a prestigious law firm in Atlanta, GA. This unique combination of legal experience, business education, and sales expertise gives her a solid foundation in the legal and regulatory landscape, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

Since then, Hope has become one of the most trusted and recognized names in the region. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the South Georgia Board of Realtors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Georgia Black Chambers. Her dedication and excellence in real estate have been consistently recognized, with nominations in the Top 3 for Best Realtor of South Georgia (2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), and winning Best Realtor of South Georgia in 2022, 2023, and 2025.
